| We often get requests to create personalised bodhrans. These designs
may be for a special occasion such as an engagement or wedding, the
birth of a child with the name and date of birth or a special
anniversary or indeed for a special Christmas present.
The designs can be created to fit with the branding of hotels,
bars, restaurants and other public places by including their
name and logo. Family Crests are popular, (provided the specific
crest is made available).
The designs are extensive and most are completed by Paul. To see

You can order your own personalised bodhran on the Personalised
Drum page, where you pick your base bodhran and the type of design.
We will then contact you via email or phone to discuss the design
and delivery date.
All the Various Designs by Paul McAuley - these designs are all
completed by Paul and are ink based and will stay on the drum -
wearing off gradually with playing. These designs cost an extra

All the Various Designs 3 - some of these designs are acrylic
paintings and are purely for decorative purposes - if played the
painting will crack. Most people purchasing one of these drums
want it to give a present to a relative or friend and they will
be displayed by hanging on a wall etc. These hand painted acrylic
designs / scenes cost an extra £10.00 per drum and are completed

All Tuneable Bodhrans are made from start to finish by Paul - all
come complete with wooden hand-turned tuner and hardwood beater.
A large selection of sizes, skin thickness and rim depths are
